On , you had a hand-held mobile device event which is your: .  Windstar Lines has a strict 3rd strike policy with regards to hand-held mobile device usage while operating a commercial vehicle.  This is in violation of Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations and can result in penalties for the driver of $2,750 and for the Windstar Lines up to $11,000.

The purpose of this warning letter is to ensure you understand our company policy regarding hand-held mobile device usage. If you have another hand held mobile device event, you will become subject to additional disciplinary action up to and including discharge from our company.
