This warning letter to ensure you understand the requirement that you must submit the medical certificate to Windstar Lines AND the DMV immediately after obtaining a new medical. We must also ensure that your CDL/license is valid at all times you are operating vehicles for Windstar Lines. This is a very serious violation that could lead to a downgraded Safety Rating, potential loss of customers, and penalties being assessed against both the driver and the company.
