In the initial recruitment process you were advised that this position is considered “Safety Sensitive” and, therefore, your appointment and hiring is contingent upon successful completion of several items.

1. A Clean Background Check. (This includes NSOPW, State Courts Websites and Previous Employers History Performance Report from all employers within the last 3 years.)  
2. A Negative DOT Pre-Employment Drug Screening.
3. A Current DOT Medical Examination and Medical Card. 
4. You possess a Current CDL Class B (or higher) with Air Brakes and a Passenger Endorsement.
5. A Copy of your MVR that demonstrates that you meet the minimum requirements for Safe Driving with the FMCSA Regulations and Policy.
6. A Completed Road Test with a Company Designee.
7. E-Verify identifies that you are legally available to employ in the U.S.

Once we have received the final results of the mandatory background checks listed above and you have completed the online training requirements, your employment will be finalized.

However, as we discussed, we will begin by assisting you with obtaining the requirements necessary to operate a Commercial Motor Vehicle as an/a  . Until we receive the final results of these requirements you will not be performing the duties of without direct supervision.

We reserve the right to end our employment agreement with you should the required items listed do not meet the minimum requirements or are not completed.
