Temporary Construction Stipend for Omaha area drivers. 

To help alleviate the incurred cost of having to dispatch out of Lincoln temporarily Windstar Lines will pay Omaha area drivers a single $30 per diem for each charter dispatched out of Lincoln.  This stipend will be added to your pay in the same manner as the overnight stipend but entered at the beginning of each charter dispatched.  This is a specific construction phase stipend, and it will end as soon as the Council Bluffs terminal is operational. 

By signing this form, you acknowledge that you are aware that even upon the completion of the construction and opening of the Council Bluffs property you may still need to be dispatched out of Lincoln instead of Council Bluffs and that there will be no stipend awarded beyond the opening of the Council Bluffs property.
